BUDGET FYR 2005-2006: Council reviewed the proposed budget for the fiscal year 2005-2006. RESOLUTION N0. 08-05 SETTING THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED FYR 2005-2006 BUDGET FOR MARCH 9, 2005 AT 7:15 P.M. Introduced by Munsen. Seconded by Koppert. The roll was called and the vote was: AYES: Munsen, Koppert, Watters. NAYS: None.

POLICE DEPARTMENT: Motion approving Northwest Iowa Planning and Development to draft a JAG grant for the police department per the request of Al Krueger, Chief of Police. Koppert/Munsen. Ayes; three. Nays; none. Chief Krueger also reported to the Council his plans to hold a fund-raiser to purchase vests for the police reserves.
